Today, Friday 17th August 2012 I heard a van's warning bleeps or whatever you call it, before I seen it, while I was sitting in my home quietly.
Its a regular van I have seen before that comes down my street to a school, but I have never heard its warning system for reversing before. Until now. I can't describe what it sounded like, whether its supposed to be beeps or what. I couldn't make it out. It sounds awful. Maybe it will sound better to me later.
Later I had my music on my computer, coming through my speakers. I played an album I have played regular before, but later one of the songs I was listening to, I picked up something else i not heard before. I wondered what it was at first. Sounded like something was vibrating or similar. And so I was looking around the room I was in and my mobile phone till I realised it was coming through the speakers. So I am picking up a new tone in that particular song. Will have to remember next time not to go looking.
